Four is close to perfect. Our Tiny Tots and Pre-Gym classes are built for 3 to 5 year olds and are usually a child's first drop-off activity. If she is under 3, start in Mommy & Me and move up when she is ready.

No. Most of our gym never competes. Recreational classes are a complete program on their own, and kids stay in them for years. If your child ever wants to try competing, the path is right there — but nobody is pushed onto it.

Arrive ten minutes early, sign in at the front desk, and we will show you the viewing area. Your child joins a small group with a coach and rotates through stations. You will get a read on whether she loves it inside of forty-five minutes.

A leotard, or a fitted shirt and shorts. Hair back, no jewelry, bare feet. Nothing with zippers or buttons — they catch on the equipment.
