Camps
Every school break, the gym is open all day.
Gymnastics rotations, obstacle courses, games, and open gym — for kids who already train here and for kids who have never set foot in a gym. Dates and pricing for each session are posted in the parent portal.

A camp day
What the day actually looks like.
Arrival
Drop-off, shoes off, warm-up games on the spring floor.
Rotations
Bars, beam, vault, and floor in small groups with a coach on each event.
Obstacles
Warped wall, rings, ropes, cargo net, and the foam pit at the end of it.
Lunch & break
Full-day campers eat in the viewing area. Bring a nut-free lunch and a water bottle.
Open gym & games
Free play on the equipment with coaches spotting, then pickup.

Ages
4 to 12. Campers are grouped by age and experience, not thrown in together.
Half or full day
Book by the day or by the week — whatever your break schedule actually looks like.
What to bring
Leotard or fitted shirt and shorts, hair tied back, water bottle, nut-free lunch and snack. No jewelry.
