Dress code
Girls: leotard, or fitted shirt and shorts. Boys: fitted t-shirt and athletic shorts. Hair tied back off the face. No jewelry, no zippers, no buttons, no belts. Bare feet on the equipment.

Registration & waivers
Every athlete needs a family account in our parent portal, and every account must have a signed waiver on file before stepping on the floor. Waivers are signed inside the portal as part of registration — it takes about two minutes and it covers classes, team, and birthday parties.
Annual registration fee
An annual registration fee applies per athlete and runs for twelve months from the date you join. It is charged with your first session of each membership year.
Sessions, billing & drops
Classes run in seasonal sessions — fall, winter, spring, and summer. Tuition is charged to the card on file on the posted auto-charge date for each session. You will always get an email before that date. To drop for an upcoming session, tell us in writing before the deadline listed in that email.
Make-ups & credits
Missed classes may be eligible for a credit at the gym's discretion. Extended absences for a documented injury are credited — send us the doctor's note and we will apply it to your account.
Viewing & drop-off
Our viewing area is open to parents and equipped with monitors, and the gym is fully air conditioned. For drop-off classes we ask that families watch from the viewing area rather than the floor — kids focus better, and coaches can spot safely.
