Infiniti Elite Gymnastics

Classes & programs

Every class we run, and how to tell which one is yours.

Boys and girls, 18 months through 14 years, all abilities. Live times for the current session are always in the parent portal — the same system our front desk uses, so it is never out of date.

How old is your child?

Mommy & Me

18 months – 3 years 45 minutes

A parent-and-child class built around movement, songs, and soft obstacle stations. Kids learn to jump, hang, roll, and balance while a grown-up spots every step. It is the gentlest possible introduction to a real gymnastics floor.

  • Parent on the floor
  • Soft equipment only
  • Song-and-station format

Tiny Tots & Pre-Gym

3 – 5 years 45–60 minutes

The first class without a parent on the mat, and the one we are best known for. Small groups, high coach-to-child ratios, and a rotation through bars, beam, floor, and vault sized for little bodies. Listening, taking turns, and trying the scary thing anyway are as much of the curriculum as the skills.

  • First drop-off class
  • Low ratios
  • All four events, kid-sized

Recreational Gymnastics

5 – 14 years 60–90 minutes

Boys and girls, all abilities, grouped by age and level. Cartwheels become round-offs, round-offs become back handsprings. Kids move up when they are ready, not when the calendar says so. Most of our gym is here, and most of them never compete a day in their lives.

  • Boys and girls
  • Level-based progression
  • One to two days a week

Team — Ultimate Obstacles

5 – 12 years 60 minutes

Warped walls, rings, ropes, cargo nets, and a foam pit at the end of it all. Built for the kid who wants to climb everything in your house. Strength and coordination sneak in while they think they are just playing. Kids who want more than the weekly class can try out for the Team competitive ninja program, which trains and competes on the ninja circuit.

  • Boys and girls
  • Course changes weekly
  • Path to the competitive team

Tumbling for Cheer & Dance

6 years and up 60 minutes

A focused tumbling track for athletes whose main sport is somewhere else. Back handsprings, tucks, and connected passes taught with the same spotting and progressions we use with our competitive team.

  • Cheer and dance athletes
  • Spotted progressions
  • Season-friendly scheduling

Adaptive & Special Needs Classes

All ages 45 minutes

Small, sensory-aware sessions with coaches experienced in adaptive instruction. Structure, repetition, and patience, at whatever pace your child needs. Call us and we will talk through the right fit before you register.

  • Very small groups
  • Sensory-aware
  • Call first, we'll match the coach

Private Lessons

All ages 30–60 minutes

Book one-on-one time with a coach for a specific skill, a fear you want to get past, or extra reps before a meet or a tryout. Available to gym members and to athletes from other programs.

  • Members and non-members
  • Skill-specific
  • Scheduled by request

School Break & Summer Camps

4 – 12 years Half and full days

Full-gym camp days with gymnastics rotations, obstacle courses, games, and open gym. Register by the day or by the week. Camps fill quickly — the schedule posts to the parent portal each season.

  • By the day or week
  • Half or full day
  • Every school break

The littles

This is what a preschool class actually looks like.

Real classes, real coaches, real kids — filmed on our floor in Syosset. Small groups, hands-on spotting, and a lot of first-time-ever moments.

Not sure which class fits?

Call the gym and tell us your child's age and what she is like. We place kids into the right group every day of the week, and we would rather get it right the first time.
